This will be a looooooong review but worth the read! September 2024 a vehicle hit my home 4x in a row. I didn't know what to do. A literal gaping hole was torn into my home, the main water line was severed and a load bearing corner was gone. After the police, first responders and neighborhood onlookers were gone I got no sleep because my home was vulnerable. The next day starting at 5am people started pulling up leaving business cards for restoration services. I was overwhelmed. Mark Craft Business Development Mgr. was the last person to arrive and patiently waited. He approached respectfully and kindly with a folder and was the only one who asked me how I was. Long story short I knew nothing about the process of restorative services and asked how much would something like that even cost? Mark said oh goodness nothing, we bill your insurance directly. He allowed me to think about it. I called him 3hrs. later and he stated he could have a crew at my house in about 30 minutes who could have my home at least cleaned up and secured by the end of the day! I chose Fire Reconstruction Inc. for both my clean up, securing and as my restoration contractors. The process has been seamless. Each situation is different and just trust the process. It takes only an instant for your biggest investment to be nearly destroyed, don't expect an overnight fix unless you prefer it to be cheaply done, and rushed. Each of the crews that did the work on my home were skilled artisans in their specific crafts. Framing, sheetrock, painting, installations, windows, framing, brick work, clean up, removal, garages, pack ups and pack outs, removal and return of contents, walk throughs, inspections, administration and billing... there's many moving parts and teams and leads and they keep all these parts moving and keep you informed. I'm so grateful to Project Manager Thomas Lowry, Rocky Allen Estimator, Jessica Kelley File Manager, Luis Castillo Bricen Restoration and Each and every single craftsman on each of the crews special shout out to Jose Repalo Mercado.. If I forgot anyone, please charge it to my head and not my heart. Kindly, and in community. THANK YOU. From the initial contact about our projects through the conclusion everything was done in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner. I hired them for a mold remediation job which uncovered rusted steel studs on the wall. They repaired it all. The finished walls looked perfect. It was all done on time and on budget. I highly recommend them.

Noah and his team helped me in Jan 2025, and I appreciate their help! I had two leaks in my kitchen ceiling caused by rats chewing through water pipes, and Fire Reconstruction was appointed by my Home Insurance provider. They were very prompt and throughly professional. They assessed where I had water (walls, ceiling, floors) and removed drywall after putting up very effective (and super cool!) barriers to contain dust. They the. placed fans and dehumidifiers to mitigate damage from the damp and checked every day to track progress. I had a second leak 2 days after they removed their equipment (darn rats!) and they promptly repeated the process. Their reconstruction team had been in touch regularly to refinish the drywall and paint, and have been very flexible when I asked to hold off until my exterminators confirm that the home is rat-free. Overall, super happy with their timeliness and professionalism. Update: William and his reconstruction team have just completed installing and finishing the walls and ceiling. I am amazed by the care his team took every step of the way! Also, they were super flexible to work around my schedule. The quality of work is really good and the team was wonderful. In the afternoon, our condominium was flooded when a plumber left a faucet wide open in the unit above us. Within 10 minutes our kitchen, master bath and dinette had over a 1/2 inch of water soaking the walls, ceiling and flooring before the water was shut off. Our building engineer called 1-800-Water Damage of Northwest Houston because he had had great reliable service from AJ and his crew in other buildings. They arrived quickly vacuumed up standing water and set up fans and dehumidifiers, working until after 10pm. Over then next 3 days they removed sheet rock, wood flooring and cabinets to prevent dangerous mold growth. Furniture and cabinet contents were packed and moved out of harms way. All areas where moisture was found were cleared and treated to prevent mold and mildew. Despite this devastating loss we are very confident and reassured that 1-800-Water Damage of Northwest Houston did what had to be done. They prepared our condominium for rebuilding and supported us with great care and respect. AJ documented everything in amazing comprehensive detail to support our insurance claim. We highly recommend AJ and his crew if you ever are unfortunate enough to suffer devastating flooding. They are truly amazing, hard working professionals when you need help the, most.

Would 100000000% recommend. Did a quick Yelp search and found this company and from the first phone call, they have been nothing but helpful! Called on a Friday late afternoon, had Jesus come that same day around 7pm and found the problem. And we agreed to start 3 days later after talking to them that whole weekend. Eileen is so sweet and answered all and any of my concerns. Jesus came out and inspected everything and was so great to work with. He as well answered anything I had questioned. You can tell they definitely care as well. I had moisture in my wall from a leak I had after some roofers installed a new roof for me. They had to open up everything under the window seal in two rooms. Looks like nothing was every cut open. I had extra paint so they were able to use that to paint everything. They texturized the wall as well. The garage they cut out the main part of the leak as well and just need to be repainted. But from start to finish, I'm extremely happy. The after pictures, the carpet just needs to be restretched, which they'll be coming to do in two days as well as cleaning it. So I can update with that as well. There was a third room but it just had a blower in it and the moisture was gone after 3 days. It was in the high 60-70s and dropped to like a 2 (not pictured) The main room had like a 99 reading and also dropped to a 2. Over all, again, super happy and definitely should give these guys a try!

Dry More was awesome. Our home flooded while were on vacation. Louis and his team got immediately on it, meeting our family at our home and getting started right away, minimizing damage. Louis had lots of great advice and billing was done directly with insurance so one less thing we had to worry about. Would definitely refer Dry More to anyone!

Following a water heater leak in my attic, I contacted DryMore at 6 AM -- by 7:00 AM their representative (Robert) was on-site to do an initial inspection and assessment. He began immediately taking moisture readings and explaining the extent of damage he was finding and the process to open up the walls and subfloor to dry the wet areas. By 8:30 AM Robert had a 3 man crew on-site and the drying process was already under way. Robert and his crew stayed in touch and worked within my schedule to be on-site each day until the drying equipment could be removed. A+++ service from the crew on-site and from the "home office" at DryMore in my opinion.
